d. Sender ID registration for SMS campaigns is subject to a 5-business day processing time and operator approval.

a. Due to third-party restrictions, we cannot ensure 100% delivery to inboxes.

b. Various third-party applications, software, or servers may affect email delivery.

3. Social Media Marketing: a. Social media ads are subject to approval by the respective platforms and may be restricted or disapproved.

4. Pricing:

b. AED 1000 cheque bounce charges apply if the client’s cheque is dishonored.

c. Legal action may be pursued for bounced cheques in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

a. In the event of service termination by the client after payment, no refunds will be issued.

b. These terms and conditions automatically apply upon the commencement of services.
